During the New Year holidays, I crossed “Yume no Tsuribashi” (Dream Suspension Bridge) in Shizuoka for the first time.
The footing was narrow, and the handrails were just ropes — not very reassuring at all.
I crossed while shouting, “This is scary! So scary!”
At the same time, I kept telling myself,
“It’s okay. I just have to do it!” and moved forward step by step.
When I finally made it across, I felt an overwhelming sense of accomplishment
Through this experience, I realized once again that
even when you’re scared, taking one step forward always leads to progress.
It reminded me of my salon work too.
Many clients come in with worries and anxiety,
and I truly want to be someone who helps them take that first step with confidence and peace of mind.

お正月に、静岡県の「夢のつり橋」を初めて渡ってきました。
足場は狭いし、手すりはロープという安心感がないつり橋で
「恐怖のつり橋、怖い怖い〜〜〜」と叫びながら渡ってきました。
それと同時に「大丈夫！やるしかない！」と心の中で声をかけて進み、
無事に渡り切った瞬間は達成感でいっぱいでした
この体験を通して改めて感じたのは
怖くても、一歩踏み出せば必ず前に進めるということ。
サロンワークも同じで、
